We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations, or you may need to return an item for other reasons. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returning products and receiving refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, special orders, and clearance items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at thelightsera.official@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective.
  2. Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved. Please do not send the product back without this authorization.
  3. Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts. Make sure to include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Inspection and Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we may reject your return or apply a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at thelightsera.official@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at thelightsera.official@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
